Shipping Methods & Processing

Merciful Merch primarily ships via standard ground carriers. All orders are subject to a processing time of 3-5 business days before being dispatched. Please note that processing times may increase during peak seasons or new collection drops.

Delivery Estimates & Tracking

For orders within the United States, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after the processing period. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Addresses, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Merciful Merch is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Merciful Merch does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

At Merciful Merch, we operate on a strict no returns or exchanges policy. All sales are final. Exceptions are made only in specific instances where required by law (e.g., defective items upon arrival if reported within 48 hours). Please verify your size and selection carefully before completing your purchase.
